While many feel frequent moving is a burden and detracts from feeling a part of the community, this Tucson real estate agent views it as a new adventure, a chance to experience new places, new opportunities, new scenery and new friends.

Pam and her family, has lived in California, Okinawa, Washington State, New Jersey, and Alaska; but they are now very much enjoying their Tucson Arizona experience. This is where the Treece family choose to lay down their roots.

If you’re a true golf enthusiasts, as they are, there are a lot of benefits for purchasing Tucson, Arizona real estate rather than Anchorage where Pam spent 25 years. In Anchorage, Pam was a highway engineer for the Department of Transportation. Eventually, she hung up her hard hat, moving up in the organization to Maintenance Manager, where among other responsibilities, she reported the $40 million transportation budget to the state legislature.

From Anchorage, the Treece’s moved to Yakima, Washington, where Pam and her husband, Bob, owned and operated PT Construction, Inc. Their daughter, Bailey, graduated with a Bachelor of Science and a degree in Finance from Eller College of Management U of A in 2005. She is currently working on the Treece Team.

In search of warmer weather, more sunshine, a laid back lifestyle and greener Arizona golf courses, Pam and Bob choose Tucson as the place to be. Too young and energetic to retire, Pam enthusiastically focuses on her Tucson real estate agent career. As a Tucson real estate agent, Pam enjoys building relationships with Arizona home buyers and sellers with excellent customer service.
